Add-on services are assigned due to production, time, creativity and convenience requests. These services may be applied to your scheduled appointment for your beauty needs.

  • Shadow Services: we highly recommend providing a picture of your desired look before or at the start of your service; this gives your artist time to prepare and organize what is needed for the look.
  • Time Request: choose your request according to our hours of operation. Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
  • Travel Request: this fee accommodates on-site services and covers up to 25 miles from our location. Additional miles are billed at $0.50 per mile.

NOTE: If you have multiple add-on requests, add each request to the cart separately. 

Terms and Policies

  1. The amount that is currently being charged is a NONREFUNDABLE deposit for your desired services. This deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment and goes toward the total cost of your desired services.
  2. You are solely responsible for the remaining balance due at the time of your services. A reminder of this said balance will be provided several times before your services.
  3. Due to the production, time and creativity of a more tedious eye shadow look an additional charge of $15.00 may be applied at the time of your services. Providing a picture in advance is highly recommended to establish this necessary charge. 
  4. Booked or approved appointments outside of hours of operation requires an additional charge of $40.00. Fifty percent (50%) of this charge *$20.00 total is NONREFUNDABLE, REQUIRED to secure your appointment and goes toward the total cost of your desired services.
  5. Due to the break down, pack up, load and transportation of materials and equipment for travel accommodations, an additional charge of $75.00 is required. This fee covers up to 25 miles from our location. Fifty percent (50%) of this charge *$37.50 total is NONREFUNDABLE, REQUIRED to secure your appointment and goes toward the total cost of your desired services. This fee does NOT include parking fees/charges. Please make sure free street parking or a parking lot is available and do understand that we are here to accommodate you, therefore any parking fees/charges that are incurred while servicing you will be your sole responsibility. 
  6. Rescheduling: (1) If needed to reschedule, respectfully give at least 24 hours notice. (2) You are allowed to reschedule ONCE per paid NONREFUNDABLE deposit. (3) Reschedules hold valid within 30 days of it's original date. (4) No call, no show or failure to reschedule within 30 days of original date equals a forfeited NONREFUNDABLE deposit. Therefore, any future bookings will require a new NONREFUNDABLE deposit to secure your appointment and will go towards the total cost of your desired services.
  7. Birthday Glam: ALL AGES ARE WELCOME (1) Proper Identification or proof of birth date is required at the time of your services (2) Offer valid once per calendar year per customer.
  8. By submitting your NONREFUNDABLE deposit, you take sole responsibility ensuring that you have provided any information regarding any known allergies or sensitivities. You also agree to release Kissed by Dee and all affiliates from complete liability in regards to any injurious reactions caused by any products used during your services.
